Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Full refund is given (less 10% Shoalhaven Holidays Commission) if at least one months notification of cancellation is received. Otherwise if booking is re-let full refund (less Shoalhaven Holidays 10% commission) also applies.
Damages and Excess Cleaning
* Payment is required for any repair or replacement of damaged or lost household effects fittings or furniture during the period of occupancy. To this effect a signed responsibility form provided by the owner must be signed and either a Bond or Credit Card details provided prior to entry.
* The premises must be maintained and left as found clean and tidy.
* If warranted an excess cleaning fee up to $100 can be charged.
Guest numbers and Behaviour
* The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on this booking confirmation.
The conduct of all guests must not be of nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties.
Other Terms and Conditions
*No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to guests personal property left on the premises.
* Smoking is not permitted indoors.
*Fish are Not! to be cleaned nor oysters opened on the premises. All fish remains and shells are not to be placed in units garbage bins.
*Any verbal description is given in good faith and to the best of our ability.
*We take no responsibility and can offer no refund for alleged misdescription.
